Products in like-new condition can be returned within 5 days of your receiving date in order to receive a full refund. All returns must be pre-authorized by us and include your order number, the product you are returning along with your name. Please email us at orders@batterywarehouseinc.com if there is currently a product you wish to return.

If you have been sent a damaged, incorrect or defective item we will arrange for the product to be shipped back to us free of charge. Upon receiving the returned product at our warehouse we will refund you in full for the purchase.
